Description
The 21 Days Zen Yoga Course – Harmony of mind, body and spirit Course is a course to begin your journey into the discovery of Yoga. It is designed for working professionals who may practice and learn yoga for a little more than an hour and experience the difference in their daily lives.
The course teaches Yogic concepts and their application in day-to-day life. The course covers introduction to Astanga Yoga, Asanas, Pranayamas, Kriyas, Mudras, Meditation, Diet, attitude training and sessions
7 DAYS A WEEK
Starts on Every First Monday. Days of Week: Mon-Sunday (sessions in 21 days)
This Month at Sambhodhi Zen Yoga Students can enjoy 21 Days of classes only for Rs 1500 !!!
Duration
The course is held once a month, starting on the first Monday (Timings can be selected from any of 6.00-7.00,7.30 -8.30 and 16.00 – 17.30.) of every month. The classes are of 1 hr to 1 1/2 hr each day for 21 consecutive days. Participants can opt for the morning or evening batches.
